| Qualifications: | To use this test you need to satisfy the requirements of Sigma Assessment: B level assessments are available for purchase by individuals who have:
a) A Graduate Degree in psychology or a related discipline (e.g., counseling, education, human resources, social work, etc.) and have completed graduate-level coursework in psychological testing or measurement; OR
b) Equivalent Training focused on psychological testing or measurement from a reputable organization.
